There is no sparkling wine which is free from histamine, there are histamin traces in each sparkling wine. Thus, scientific studies and according literature confirm that in the field of “sparkling wines and champagne” products of Schlumberger are tendentially well tolerated by people with a histamine intolerance. After long research we managed to perfectionate the international “Méthode Traditionelle” by elaborating the “sensitive” parts. For that, the following criteria are crutial:
– use of selected grapes and excellent base wines only,
– use of an especially cultured selected yeast,
– current, strict quality controls and highest hygiene standards during the whole production process.
